A driving enthusiast since he could barely speak, Jorge started racing in 2001 and hasn’t let go of the wheel ever since. He has run in almost every kind of motorsport: karting, single-seaters, rallying or touring cars, and has always had an edge over his competitors.
Since 2007, when he last raced in a sanctioned event, he has worked as a Driving Instructor with the prestigious TAC school in Spain, and currently continues doing so almost every other weekend for his own driving techniques school company and blog, DeltaGap.
That same year he joined the HistorX Modding Team, in which he self-taught himself on the intricate world of Racing Simulation physics and dynamics. They have released several updates since 2008 with hundreds of vehicles (developed by Jorge over the course of years of daily free-time) for the racing simulation platform rFactor and have received a world renowned acclaim.
During his academic education, besides living in the UK, Denmark and California, he always focused his Engineering studies and End of Degree Project towards the Automotive Industry. He is a consultant for the Formula Student team from his University, and he completed an internship at Simraceway, developing racing vehicle dynamics in San Francisco, California.
